The rules for using the portal and joining the community.
1. Nature of the service
LuaCat Games is an editorial aggregator. We gather headlines, short summaries and links from specialized press outlets. The full text belongs to whoever published it and should be read on the original site.
2. Copyright
Trademarks, logos, images, titles of works and quoted excerpts belong to their respective owners. Their use here is quotation with credit and a link, within the limits of Brazilian Law 9,610/98. Rights holders who want an item removed can request it by email, and it will be handled immediately.
3. Comments
You are responsible for what you write. We remove comments containing hate speech, harassment, spam, illegal content, third parties' personal data or deliberate spoilers used to hurt other people. Repeat offenses lead to a ban.
4. Availability
The service is provided “as is”. We depend on external sources: if an outlet goes offline or changes its feed, the corresponding content may become unavailable.
5. External links
We don't control the content of third-party sites and are not responsible for it.
6. Changes
These terms may change. Relevant changes will be announced on the home page.
